Chicken Roast

Chicken Roast Receipe:

Ingredients
Chicken – 1/2 Kg
Ginger Garlic paste - ¼ tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Curd - 1tsp
Lemon juice - Few Drops
Salt – as needed
Oil – to deep fry

Method:

1. Wash chicken thoroughly and keep aside.
2. Add Salt, Ginger garlic paste,Turmeric powder,Red Chilli Powder,curd marinate well and let it sit for 30mins.
3. Heat the pan and pour oil to deep fry the chicken. Once the oil is heated, roast the chicken on both sides till golden brown.
4. Keep the roasted chicken aside. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
